Diet Description
The horse evolved to digest fibre and to eat for 18 out of 24 hours a day.
The principle behind Saracen Fibre Mix stems from the need to add dust-free, natural, long fibre to the diet.
Most of the fibre fed to horses is of low feed value which is why we have to balance our horse's diet with cereals. However, a horse will be happier and healthier if it is fed a proportion of Saracen Fibre Mix to replace part of its cereal diet.

I love this product and so do my horses. Much more interesting than a plain chaff with lots of extras. When either of them are in harder work I bulk it up with cooling pencils and when life is quieter, a scoop of fibre mix am and pm keeps them both happy and content.
