Making A Purchase Orders can only be taken for delivery to the UK at the present time. Making a purchase couldn't be easier, just browse our catalogue, click any of the items you wish to buy and put them in the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked a few details that we will need to satisfy the order. Please note that all sales are subject to our standard terms and conditions of sale, a copy of which is available on our web site.
Shipping And Handling All prices quoted are subject to shipping and handling charges, these are dependant on the region of the country you require delivery to, and select from the order form. Shipping and handling charges are automatically totalled and clearly shown in the "shopping cart". Please note that VAT is applicable to shipping and handling charges, total VAT is also clearly shown in the "shopping cart". Items are only avaible for delivery to the UK mainland.
Delivery Schedule We deliver all products as economically as possible using a delivery carrier on a three day delivery service. Please also allow a maximum of two days for us to process and pack your order. All goods will therefore be delivered within five working days of your order being placed.
Back Orders We aim to ensure that all orders are dispatched in full, in the rare event that a product is out of stock we will deliver as soon as possible. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges Orders can only be taken for delivery to UK addresses. VAT is charged at the standard rate of 20% on applicable products. Shipping and handling are always subject to VAT at 20%. VAT totals are clearly shown on the "shopping cart".
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 10 days of receipt of delivery, let us know why you are not happy, and we will refund the price of the goods in full. If you wish to return products for any reason please contact us on info@saracen-horse-feeds.co.uk and provide full details of the reason for the return.

Remittance Terms Orders taken through our online shop are accepted on the basis of orders being paid for by credit card online at the time of purchase. All sales are made in Pounds Sterling.
