For Those Who... Keep One Jump Ahead!
2006 saw Saracen Horse Feeds and Veteran show jumping star Pat Crann celebrate Britain's victorious trip to the Veteran European Championships in Germany. The team won a medal, courtesy of Mandy McGlynn from Bucks. This is also the first medal the Brits have ever won at this level, so the team had cause for a double celebration on their return to the UK.
2006 started well for both the team and Pat, with a trip to Geuses, Belgium resulting in a second placing in the Veteran Nations Cup, just missing out to Germany through time penalties. However the Brits were soon back on top with a trip to Dijon, where Pat & her trusty steed Jasper took 3rd place in the Grand Prix, and the team swiped the Nations Cup in a nail biting round that saw all GB members jumping double clears. A return visit to France saw the British team win the Nations Cup once again; this time beating Belgium, with Pat & Jasper in a jump off situation that sealed Britain's fate with a winning round.
Pat has fed Jasper on Saracen Horse Feeds for over 2 years now and currently feds him on Enduro 100. This ensures that Jasper has enough stamina and energy to perform, without overloading his hind gut with high levels of starch which can contribute to range of metabolic disorders.
'I wouldn't trust my horses well-being and our competitive success to any one else!'
