Team Hunt- the story so far

Holker Hall was the first of the selection events for the horse four in hands to represent GB in the World Championships in Reisenbeck in Germany in 2012.
Team Hunt travelled to the Lake District after the disappointment of tipping up in Aachen, Germany last time out.We had a lot to prove.The scores from the previous show did not look good so I was delighted to win the dressage on a 34 - our best score ever recorded. Marathon day was drizzly and I was the last on the course. Some of the obstacles were very deep and heavy, by the time I got there so I was pleased to be only 1 penalty behind Pippa on the marathon. Cones have not been my strong suit this year. We modified the carriage slightly after the last show and it paid dividends. Only one cone down to win the cones phase leaving us over 14 points clear of the rest of the field. A great start to our campaign for the Worlds.
