Sharron Harrington - Area Manager (Midlands & Northern Counties)

Sharron Harrington has over 20 years experience in sales and finally has the opportunity to combine her knowledge and passion for horses through her job here at Saracen Horse Feeds.

Sharron has a love of all equestrian disciplines, having competed at riding club level and shown horses at county level, as well as more recently dabbling in affiliated dressage. Sharron currently owns Skip, an 8 year old British Warmblood, whom she bought as a 4 year old and whose talent lies in the dressage arena, whilst her daughter competes in BSJA competitions. Her direct personal involvement with horses means that Sharron understands how important feeding is, as she explains:
 
“I believe that feed is the vital ingredient to any successful training program for competition or leisure. It determines the manageability, energy, and condition of your horse. The correct feed is key in providing him the tools to do the job we ask of him”

Vicky Archer - Area Manager (Eastern Counties)

Vicky is a keen horsewoman and is passionate about correct feeding and management of all horses. Vicky has ridden since the age of four during which time she has successfully competed at the Horse of the Year Show and the Royal International. Vicky holds her BHS Stage 2 and is currently producing a young dressage horse and a potential show hunter.

Nikki has recently returned from California working as a Brood mare Manager for one of California’s largest Arabian studs, Nikki has extensive experience in sales, as well as other ‘hands on’ horse experience including working as a veterinary nurse assistant, stud groom and is also a keen horsewoman herself.

Mark Weaver – Area Manager (South East)

Mark served in the Kings Troop from 1981-2002. During his service he was responsible for running the ceremonial gun team, and taught driving and riding at the Royal Stables to the Sultan of Oman. Mark's passion is driving, but these days he spends most of his time taking his 3 daughters off competing or to Pony Club.

Polly Bonnor – Thoroughbred Specialist

Polly specialises in Thoroughbred nutrition and is involved with some of the most successful breeding farms and racing yards in the country. Polly has been with the company for 14 years.

Sam joined Saracen in Nov '07 to run our Thoroughbred office in Lambourn. She has an organisational background and a first class Business & IT degree. She has a great passion for horses, holds the Monty Roberts' Introductory Certificate of Horsemanship and is studying on the Advanced course from his learning centre in California. She also regularly tours as part of Monty's European Demo Team.

Lizzie is one of a new generation of young nutritional scientists putting a friendly face and an uncomplicated attitude to a very grown-up and confusing subject! A keen horse woman herself, Lizzie has previously evented at affiliated level and enjoys competing in all disciplines.

Natalia has an HND in Equine Management, as well as her first degree in languages. She is passionate about all things ‘nutrition’, and firmly believes that good feeding practice is key to a horse’s physical and psycological wellbeing. Aside from horses, Natalia’s interests include singing and outdoor pursuits.
